Thank you for shopping with The Reading Note. We are based in Melbourne, Australia and ship both domestically and internationally.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping within Australia:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 AUD.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

New Zealand: 5–10 business days
USA / Canada / UK: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
